After many years of lining up against Pyestock CC for much missed opponents Farncombe Wanderers, the club were pleased to welcome Paul to the side in 2018. A useful top order batsman, he immediately announced his arrival at Forest Green Village CC by thrashing 93 runs on debut. Extremely reliable at the crease, Paul regularly bats in the top 5 but politely excuses himself from bowling duties,although he was convinced to turn his arm over on tour last season, without too much of a disaster ensuing. Paul has taken on the role of vice-captain for 2020.
