Double Delight for Glenn Taylor!!

(September 09, 2013)

Sundays victory over Hillingdon Manor CC provided two memorable moments for Glenn Taylor, whilst also smashing yet another club record.

As well as breaking Neil Butler's 2 year old record of highest individual score by smashing his way to an unbeaten 172, Glenn also became the first ever player to pass 1,000 runs in a single season, an incredible feat considering 4 matches still remain.

Glenn's overall season batting average (which cuurently stands at 77.07) is likely to beat yet another record as it could well be the highest average for a seasons work. Currently, Neil Butler holds this record with a healthy 57.00 in 2006.
